Let the Visioning Begin
Nicole introduced the initial step in the visioning process, determining the present state of the club. Perceptions of members are an important component in helping to focus on what’s working and what could use improvement in the operation of the club. To determine how members perceived various aspects of the club’s operation, the Club Health Check was administered. Members reported results in five areas: club experience; service and socials; members; image; and business and operations. The top three items in each category which were perceived by members as not in evidence were recorded. Data analysis will be completed and reported back to the members and used to plan future sessions of the visioning process. Stay tuned. Next Week’s Meeting: Speech Contest. Please plan to attend.
Until next time, that's all Rotarians.....
